Rob Jepson

Rob Jepson is the current Group Director of Estates and Facilities at MFT. Having worked in Facilities Management for over 20 years Rob has worked in multiple sectors including property, retail and healthcare in both the Private and Public Sector.

Managing one of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK Rob has in depth knowledge of PFI contract management, large scale change projects and estate compliance.

Rob is passionate about the development of people and making E&F a career of choice in the NHS
