Starting his career as a Project Manager for Health and Wellbeing services at what was once NHS Hull Primary Care Trust, Robert was responsible for managing commissioned services to support a wider Commissioning Strategy focused on addressing health improvement and inequalities.

Robert’s commitment to deliver Recruitment and Retention strategies have a brought a proven track record of providing value for money and consistent cost savings for NHS Acute Trusts, particularly within ‘hard to recruit to areas’.
