Robert Neave

Rob is a Senior Healthcare Consultant from the NEL CSU Consulting Team. Rob has supported the NLP STP Digital First Programme since February. Before his time with NEL CSU Rob was the General Manager at Croydon GP Collaborative and has previously held a variety of operational, BI, business development and service redesign roles in urgent care and primary care. Most notably, in his time in Croydon Rob grew the Fed from circa 50k to £3.5m turnover and introduced a complex procurement of corporate functions while strengthening engagement with members Practices through strategic and operational plans.
