Rochelle manages a team of 45, delivering multiple services across four hospitals and 18 healthcare sites with the help of a number of outsourced partners. Passionate about changing how the Trust manages waste, Rochelle is leading an innovative project at Stoke Mandeville Hospital to manage waste on-site.
