Rosie Seymour

Rosie Seymour joined the Better Care Fund team in December 2015 from the Department of Levelling Up Housing and Communities (DLUHC). Within the civil service, Rosie worked mainly on social policy and public service transformation, including local government policy and finance, devolution, equality and social exclusion. Rosie worked on the establishment of the Better Care Fund in 2013, helping shape and develop the programme from the onset. 

The Better Care Fund is a partnership between DLUHC, the Department of Health and Social Care, the Local Government Association and NHS England.
