I am a nurse who joined the profession over 30 years ago. My clinical experience is predominantly in the urgent, emergency and acute medicine and my academic experience is in quality improvement. I now work in NHSE Midlands, working alongside Integrated Care Boards to support and to drive quality improvements

Quality improvement is a passion, even as a junior nurse I was keen to drive changes that either improve patient outcomes and experience or the environment we work in.
