It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. An experienced Analytics professional who has worked in a high-tech industry for 10 years before joining NHS 20 years ago.
Rumiko leads the London Branch of AphA – Association of Professional Healthcare Analysts, raising awareness of the healthcare analysts and providing a professional support network.
One of the key components of this is to close the digital skills gaps within the NHS staff, and together with the Chief Nursing Information Officer and Multiprofessional education and Library Services Manager, she is running the Digital Champions Group for her Trust.
Passionate about equality and inclusion, Rumiko served as the Chair of Staff Women’s Network for 2 years and continues to support the EDI leads with specialist advice in data analytics.
