Rupert Bailie

Rupert is a member of HMPPS’s national Health & Care Partnerships Team leading on collaborations with Public Health, clinical leaders, and researchers to support the health protection, health improvement and reducing health inequalities for 1/3 million people engaged with HMPPS’s services.  A civil servant since 2003 with experience at the Home Office, Department of Health and Ministry of Justice, he has previously worked in NHS, local government  and third sector services for drug users, sex workers and in a range of HIV & drugs education, treatment and prevention programmes. He has an academic background in Philosophy and Engineering.
