• STP – Interoperability Platform Options Appraisal and outline business case development
• STP (x3) – Local Digital Roadmap, Infrastructure and Estates strategy and roadmap development.
• Hurley Group – business case then apply to the UK’s largest charity) to fund a GP Practice Transformation.
• Major London Teaching Hospital – Private Practice review inc endoscopy speciality daycare options development.
• North Central London PCT then CCG – gained fastest ever approval for an investment case to NHS London to construct a Joint Health Service Centre (JHSC) facility inc five strong GP Practice, Community Dental Services, & Day Case elective. Led 23 disposal options appraisals /business cases for surplus property and land transfer to NHSPS.
• Basildon & Thurrock NHS Foundation Trust – led the outsourcing of Essex’s purpose-built Cancer Treatment Centre to a Private operator in a ten-year commercial deal
• Digital & Agile Working Change Programme- East Sussex County Council – Programme Manager then Programme Director contributing £90M of savings over ten years from a 5300 staff, 19 location organisation.
• Alliance Medical Europe – supported re-finance pack development and development of a plan to switch 350+ CT, MRI, PET machines within 5 European operating subsidiaries from the balance sheet to P&L.
• Senior Debt funding of Healthcare facilities. Prepared funding cases and secured credit approval for £220m+ of debt funding for eight schemes
