Sarah Isaacs is passionate about the primary care workforce ….. A HR professional with 25 years’ experience in all sectors and sizes of business, Sarah joined the NHS in 2020 and in 2021 was asked to head up Primary Care Careers. Since then, she has worked with her dedicated team to support and advise practices, primary care networks (PCNs), and integrated care boards (ICBs) across the east of England with attraction, recruitment, and retention of their primary care workforce.
