I have been a Cluster Manager since May 2023 over Worcestershire Prisons, HMP Hewell and HMP Long Lartin. Previously I started as a Recovery Practitioner in HMP Birmingham in 2009 and moved to HMP Hewell in 2018. In 2022 I was promoted to Psychosocial Lead, where I managed the team at HMP Hewell.
