Shola Omoloso

Shola is an experienced Continuing Healthcare professional with over seven years’ experience in  NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) . Currently working with west yorkshire Integrated Care Board as a Continuing Healthcare Assessor/Case manager,  Shola has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality CHC work across multiple ICBs, including London, Brighton, Walsall, and Northampton.

With extensive hands-on experience of the CHC process and National Framework, Shola combines operational insight with a passion for education — designing and facilitating training that equips colleagues across health and social care to apply best-practice CHC standards with confidence. Over the years, he has led and delivered numerous CHC training programmes, tailored to meet the needs of diverse audiences, and is recognised as a CHC Train the Trainer, contributing to consistent, high-quality learning outcomes across the system.
