Qualifying as a nurse in 2007 I have worked in the NHS for 15 years spending the whole of my career in inpatient and urgent care settings. More recently I completed a project in the Bolton division improving patient flow through the acute and PICU wards. In June 2021 I joined the healthier Patient Pathway Project as lead Nurse to improve system flow at a trust wide level and joined the patient flow service as the strategic Lead.
