Simon Hayman

Simon Hayman is Regional Director for Equans UK & Ireland, overseeing key NHS estates including Barnet General, North Middlesex, and Oxford John Radcliffe hospitals. With extensive operational experience, he has previously managed Royal Surrey County Hospital and Surrey and Borders Partnership Trust, specialising in critical NHS estate environments. Simon has a diverse client portfolio, including the World Wildlife Fund’s green HQ, the European Space Agency, and the National Archives at Kew. As Chair of Bouygues Group’s Apprentice Committee, he drives apprenticeship and training strategies. Over 20+ years, he has advanced EBME maintenance, Smart Hospital digitalisation, and fleet decarbonisation at Equans.
