Stephen Creasey

Stephen is the Group Deputy Director of Digital Services at Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG), which provides acute and community healthcare services to the population of Lincolnshire. 
He has played a key role in strengthening digital collaboration across the county, working closely with NHS partners during the transition of services following the closure of Commissioning Support Units. 
As part of this, LCHG now provides IT service support to all NHS organisations across Lincolnshire, including primary care. Through this collaborative approach, Stephen has helped drive investment in core digital infrastructure, establishing a strong foundation for digital transformation, strengthening service resilience, and enabling organisations to work more effectively together to deliver innovative services and a better experience for patients and staff.
