Stewart Fishman

Stewart leads the Personal Health Records programme at NHS Digital, which is part of the NHS-wide ‘Empower the Person’ portfolio of programmes, supporting patient engagement and empowerment within health and care in England.

His current role involves leading a multi-skilled, agile project team in the design, build and testing of the PHR adoption toolkit – an online resource to support and connect people commissioning and developing PHRs.

Stewart has over 13 years of experience in working in digital health. He was previously a core member of the GP Systems of Choice (GPSoC) Programme, which included enabling the public to access their GP records using digital tools.
