Taimoor Hassan

Taimoor is Group Deputy Director of Digital Partnerships and Planning at Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group, where he holds commercial ownership of external IT provision across the Lincolnshire health system, including its 81 GP practices. 

He led the work that brought primary care digital services into the Group, creating a single digital provision spanning primary care, community, acute and mental health; believed to be the first arrangement of its kind in England at whole-system scale. 

He chairs the Group's Digital Approval Board and has spent the past decade working at the intersection of NHS strategy, digital transformation and primary care, previously in Digital Leadership at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CMI.
