Theresa Pooley

Theresa is a Health and Social Care Services Manager at HM Prison and Probation Service HQ, with the National Lead for Palliative and End of Life Care. Theresa works with partners to ensure equitable Palliative and End of Life Care offer for justice populations, including prisons, including through networks such as ECHO.

Theresa has an extensive career in the civil service of over 20 years, mainly at the Department for Work and Pensions with focus on working-age benefits for people with ‘visible’ and ‘invisible’ disabilities.
