Tim Platts

Tim has a lifelong career in construction and the built environment sector and for 30 years worked for Laing O’Rourke on major projects across the UK, ending up specialising and leading designer collaborative frameworks for the group, before moving to consultancy in 2010. A BIM advocate but maintaining his strong commercial and compliance credentials Tim has worked with major software organisations, major clients including NHS Trusts, as well as both Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors and consultants. Alongside his work in academia and accreditation, this provides Tim with a unique prism of experience.
