Tom Ratcliffe

Tom Ratcliffe has over 10 years of experience as a GP Partner in West Yorkshire. He is currently Digital Transformation Clinical Lead for Modality Group, overseeing roll out of new digital solutions in primary care for 500K patients and harmonisation of clinical operations. From 2017 to 2022 he played a central role in merging 7 GP surgeries to create the single largest GP practice in the NHS as part of the Modality Group family, now holding an CQC "Outstanding" rating and forming a single primary care network. He is qualified as executive level coach and mentor and has held a number of medical education roles in Universities and Health Education England (now NHSE). He has helped build an award-winning community health service for people with non-medical needs and is trustee of the charity Fair Health, which aims to tackle health inequalities through training and education.
