Tom Stocker

Tom works at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre delivering their digital strategy and EPR programme, Directs a new venture aiming to generate financial returns to the NHS from its innovation. 

Tom is an advisor to PUBLIC where he grew and led their digital health and social care services working for NHS clients and the UK health start-up ecosystem. 

He has a background in NHS service design, and national technology delivery and regulation across Oxfordshire CCG, NHS England, NHSX, and the CQC.

Tom holds voluntary roles with the clinicaldigitalmanifesto.org, the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors, and The Royal College of Ophthalmologists
