Vicki Robinson

Vicki has a MSc in Commissioning and is a PRINCE 2 Practitioner. She has over 30 years’ experience working across both the Food Manufacturing industry and the NHS. The latter 23 years’ Vicki has worked within Senior roles in the NHS. Both directly and indirectly as part of a management consultancy. Taking on varied roles which include Director of Commissioning, whole system change programme lead and Senior roles within NHS England. Gaining extensive experience leading improvement and transformation across the NHS working with provider, commissioner, local authority, and 3rd sector organisations. Vicki is an experienced change manager with a proven track record of many successfully delivered tangible, measured improvements to quality, safety, productivity and bottom-line cost reduction, she is an excellent communicator and enables excellent working relationships with clinical and managerial and operational colleagues to ensure sustainability of improvements. As part of the Outpatient Recovery and Transformation Programme Vicki has led in a number of specialty areas including the production of guidance documentation to support providers to deliver the necessary improvements for patients for example but not exhaustive, Referral Optimisation inclusive of Specialist Advice, Patient Initiated Follow up, Remote Consultation, Elective Recovery, including Validation, Teledermatology Roadmap including the use of

Artificial Intelligence and considerations for ensuring equity of access to care when redesigning pathways. Vicki is passionate about making the right changes for patients and this is central to all she strives to achieve in her daily work. Outside of work Vicki is a keen crafter enjoying making unique items and upcycling old furniture. Cooking plays a big part of life, often hosting dinner parties for friends and family. Having a Border Collie long walks are a daily occurrence and finding new and interesting routes is always a challenge that is relished and generally keeping fit and healthy is important too. Vicki has done some adventurous activities to help raise vital funds for charities that are close to her heart, having taken part in: - completing a cycle ride across India (from Rajasthan to Jaipur) for Women’s Cancer Charities, in November 2012 - a ‘Fire Walk’ for Imperial Cancer Research, in November 2000 - a Raft Race to raise money for a local charity through the Lions Clubs International, in June 1999 - a Parachute jump from 2500 feet for Children In Need, in May 1989
