Victoria is an experienced NHS Operational Manager and Leader who originally trained in Occupational Therapy and has vast experience of working in a variety of clinical settings including a Military Hospital and Learning Disability Services before moving to an acute Trust to transform therapy services in A&E. Victoria is adept at quality improvement and service development, particularly relating to patient flow and discharge pathways.
