William Lumb

William provides clinical and transformational leadership for the Informatics & Digital portfolio across Lancashire & South Cumbria ICB in his role as Chief Clinical Information Officer, ensuring linkage between place, delivery and system. Having started his digital journey in 2008, he has been working on the principle and practicalities of digitising Whole System Flow for the past 10 years and has significant experience in this space. In addition to being a Senior Partner in a leading GP Practice, he leads within the neighbourhood on Population Health and the integration of health & care. Previously roles include 4 years as senior (management) clinician in a large adult physical community health service and Acute Trust Clinical Digital Lead.
