Zella King

Zella King works at University College London, where she builds tools to help hospitals manage patient flow more effectively. She is based part of the time at UCLH, where the prediction tool she developed is now used daily to forecast demand for beds, helping staff plan ahead rather than react. She has packaged this as free, open-source software and is now working with hospitals in the UK and Sweden to implement it in their own settings.
