How to strategically use your apprenticeship levy to address the data and digital skills gap at all levels across the NHS - Rhys Westall and Sarah Blundell (Confirmed)

Case Study - Multiverse

The NHS has a vision to extend the National Competency Framework to truly professionalise and raise the profile of data and analytics, establishing proper career paths across the public sector. Sarah and Rhys will explore how apprenticeships fit into this framework, how to run skills assessments to understand your organisation’s data capabilities and uncover gaps, and ensure you’re equipped with ways to strategically tap into your unused apprenticeship levy to kickstart transformational programmes within your teams.

Improving data skills will empower NHS teams and individuals, save staff time, and allow individuals to identify cost saving opportunities; most critically, improving data skills will positively impact patient care. We hope you leave the session feeling inspired and ready to make a difference in shaping the future of data in health and care.
