AXREM is pleased to announce the appointment of new leadership for its Award winning Future Leaders Council (FLC), marking the next phase of growth for the group.
Established in 2024, the Future Leaders Council continues to expand its impact and visibility across the healthcare technology sector. Over the past year, under the leadership of James Bill, Business Line Manager, Biomedical Services at Ergea, the Council has gone from strength to strength. James successfully completes his term as Chair after guiding the group through a period of increasing engagement, during which the FLC played a proactive role in supporting and shaping AXREM’s strategic direction.
This year, the Council welcomed a new cohort of Future Leaders who will continue to build on this strong foundation and advance AXREM’s work in leadership development, innovation, and member collaboration.
New Chair Appointed: Jack Bond
AXREM is delighted to confirm that Jack Bond, Business Development Manager, Healthcare at EIZO, has been appointed as the new Chair of the Future Leaders Council.
Jack brings a unique blend of experience to the role, combining a background in diagnostic radiography with eight years spent working with EIZO, travelling across the UK to engage NHS and private healthcare partners. His passion for science, technology, and healthcare, along with a memorable stint as a part‑time children’s science party host, has shaped a dynamic and engaging leadership style that will serve the Council well.
New Vice Chair Appointed: Giulia Ginami
Joining the leadership team as Vice Chair is Giulia Ginami, Collaboration Manager at Siemens Healthineers.
Giulia leads partnerships that support the development and clinical validation of new biomedical technologies, with a strong focus on sustainable care delivery. She manages the collaboration ecosystem with King’s Health Partners and oversees sustainability‑focused initiatives across the UK and beyond. Her previous work in global marketing and sales contributed to the launch of MRI systems and applications, as well as communications strategies around sustainability in MRI and radiology. Giulia holds a PhD in advanced cardiac MRI and is passionate about bridging industry, research, and clinical expertise to create holistic solutions for patient care.
AXREM congratulates Jack Bond and Giulia Ginami on their new roles and looks forward to the continued evolution and success of the Future Leaders Council under their leadership.
Jack Bond said upon his appointment: Charing the AXREM Future Leaders Council is a real privilege. The council gives emerging voices in our industry the change to do more than just comment on the future, it gives us the platform to help shape it. As the next generation of leaders, we are championing innovation and strengthening collaboration across our community. Working together to ultimately improve patient care, clinical outcomes and the long-term resilience of UK healthcare."
Sally Edgington AXREM CEO Said “I am incredibly proud of how the Future Leaders Council has evolved since its launch, and I want to extend my sincere thanks to James Bill for his outstanding leadership over the past year.
