Andrew Stradling

Andrew is Chief Medical Officer at NHS LPP in London, for the HCSA National Council, and for a Health & Care Partnership outside of London, working with partner organisations at trust, ICS, regional, and national level.  Prior to these appointments, he has held regional leadership positions, has worked in challenged organisations, leading award-winning teams to turn around performance across UEC, and has advised systems nationally and overseas.  His professional interests include PHM, data analytics, and digital technology, alongside improving safety, effectiveness, experience, dignity, and flow, and he is on the visiting faculty for UCL’s Global School for Health.
