The NHS Workforce Conference 2022: Looking after our people
The Convenzis NHS Workforce Conference series provides a safe and secure environment for NHS HR/OD leaders to listen to the latest policy updates and on the ground practical case studies from across the NHS estate. We have shared some amazing examples of best practices at previous events including Lucy Renwick, Workforce Transformation Lead – National at Health Education England, Lucy joined us at our Feb 2021 addition and provided details of the HEE Star Initiative which provides a simple but effective model to support workforce transformation, enabling those responsible for delivering healthcare services to explore workforce challenges in more detail.
Our next event will open the debate on some of the core areas listed within the 2020/2021 NHS People Plan.
