Current Landscape and Challenges
Building on the government’s 10-Year Health Plan ("Fit for the Future"), the NHS is committing to three radical shifts—hospital to community, analogue to digital, and sickness to prevention—placing interoperability and digital transformation centre stage
A national Single Patient Record, to be rolled out via the NHS App by 2028, promises to eliminate repetitive data capture, enhance cyber-secure access, and empower patients with transparent control.
Despite these ambitions, significant hurdles remain: fragmented legacy systems, uneven digital maturity, cybersecurity concerns, and digital inclusion gaps, particularly among vulnerable or digitally excluded populations. This summit will explore how Trusts can navigate these barriers and accelerate progress.
Timeliness of the Event
As the NHS pivots to a digital-first model, driven by a £29 billion investment and legislation that elevates digital tools to national critical infrastructure, this summit is perfectly timed.
With trusts preparing to operationalise Single Sign-On, AI scribes, and integrated communication platforms—aimed at reducing outpatient load and streamlining patient journeys—now is the moment to synchronise systems and strategies

Case Study - Spend time with patients, not paperwork– NHS-ready AI solutions
Case Study - T-Pro
Join us for an insightful session on tackling the growing challenge of clinical documentation within the NHS. Excessive administrative workload remains a significant pressure on healthcare professionals, contributing to clinician burnout and reducing valuable patient-facing time. In this session, we’ll explore how T-Pro’s NHS-compatible speech recognition and ambient AI scribe technology can streamline documentation workflows - reducing administrative burden, enhancing accuracy, and freeing up clinicians to focus on delivering safe, high-quality patient care. Learn how these innovative solutions are being implemented across NHS trusts and hear real-world experiences on their impact on efficiency, clinician well-being, and patient outcomes.
Case Study - How Digital Bedside Platforms Unlock Value in NHS Trusts
Case Study - Sync
NHS Trusts are under pressure to deliver more with less, and traditional ROI metrics often fail to capture the full value of digital innovation. In this session, Jane Stephenson, CEO of SPARK TSL, will share how Stockport NHS Foundation Trust has embraced SPARK Fusion® to transform patient experience, staff well-being, and operational efficiency. Drawing on frontline staff insights and new data, Jane will demonstrate how value models provide a more complete framework for measuring impact - and how Trusts can use it to accelerate digital maturity.
Keynote Presentation - Applying lessons learned for a digitally productive future (Confirmed)
As the 10 Year Health Plan sets the NHS a clear target to deliver a 2% year-on-year productivity gain, the case for automation has never been stronger.
Digital productivity tools such as automation are streamlining administrative tasks, improving resource allocation, reducing waiting times and freeing up staff to focus on delivering high quality care, while resolving interoperability challenges.
Understanding early failures has led to invaluable learning about how to make this scalable and sustainable in an ever complex and volatile health and care system.

Fireside Interview
In this upcoming fireside chat, we’ll explore why interoperability challenges in health and social care go beyond technology and why using checkboxes to assess Suppliers will not solve it. However, there are small steps we can take today to make things easier. Expect a candid discussion on policy, procurement, real-life obstacles and practical solutions:
Workshop Style Session: Clinical vs. Non-Clinical: The Interoperability Debate
Bringing together a clinician and a non-clinician, this engaging role-play session will stage a theoretical argument over a key interoperability challenge. How do different perspectives influence decision-making? What are the risks of misalignment? And most importantly—how do we bridge the gap?
Attendees will take part in discussions and problem-solving exercises to explore strategies for creating collaborative, effective digital ecosystems.
Panel Debate - The Art of the Possible – Emerging Tech and the Future of NHS Innovation
As digital transformation accelerates, the NHS must stay ahead of the curve. This closing panel will explore the cutting-edge technologies poised to revolutionise healthcare—AI, machine learning, blockchain, and beyond.
Industry experts and NHS leaders will discuss the real-world applications of emerging tech, the barriers to adoption, and what needs to change for the NHS to fully embrace innovation. Join us for a forward-looking discussion on what’s possible—and what’s next.
