The plans also offer practical advice and guidance on growing the workforce, training and collaborative working with the aim being to improve outcomes for patients.
We have shared some amazing examples of best practices at previous events including Lucy Renwick, Workforce Transformation Lead – National at Health Education England, Lucy joined us at our Feb 2021 addition and provided details of the HEE Star Initiative which provides a simple but effective model to support workforce transformation, enabling those responsible for delivering healthcare services to explore workforce challenges in more detail.
Our next event will open the debate on some of the core areas listed within the 2020/2021 NHS People Plan.
