Patient Communication Congress: Delivering Sustainable Solutions

Commissioners and providers should be clear about how they intend to advertise and signpost patients to improved access and should produce a communications plan setting out how they will achieve this core requirement. General Practice Forward View

Back in April 2016, NHS England published the General Practice Forward View, and the document was set out to improve patient care & access and invest in new ways of providing primary care, a key enabler of change from within the plan was the improvement of communications and engagement between service providers and patients.

In 2022 at the Patient Communication Congress: Delivering Sustainable Solutions Convenzis and CFH Docmail will be looking at how these plans have been implemented and discuss how digital technology and improved services can drive better communications between provider and patient from both primary and secondary care settings.

Key event topics include:

  • Key messages for patients
  • Patient engagement
  • Digital communications
  • Printed materials and advertising
  • Press and media
  • Working with local partners
  • Accessibility
  • Evaluation

We will discuss how to improve productivity and save cost on printed materials and direct advertising, although the future is digital, the need for printed material will always remain.

As we move forward the use of Digital communications is becoming a more prominent form of provider/patient communications, reaching audiences and can often be low cost/no cost to produce, offering excellent value for money.

Digital communications enablers:

  • Electronic display screens in practice
  • Videos
  • Text messages
  • Websites
  • Emails
  • Apps

There is no doubt that digital technology is the future of healthcare, this should be no different for improving communications from within the NHS.

Join us on the 7th of June 2022 at Patient Communication Congress: Delivering Sustainable Solutions as we open the discussion on patient communications, we will be enlisting the help of 10 guest speakers that will be delivering interactive discussions based on the most current and up to date policy & best practice.

Delegates will benefit from 8 CPD points, 10 guest speakers, 10 commercial sector solution providers, 3.5 hours of engaging networking time + all food and refreshments provided.

We hope to see you on that day.

What our clients say about us

Working with Convenzis is a stress-free and a rewarding experience, with fantastic engagement from a highly targeted and relevant audience

I worked with Convenzis, primarily Dan, for the first time this year, putting together a bespoke online event for IBM. He has always been so responsive and accommodating. The team always remained professional and helpful – despite the many demands from our side! They were very keen for us to maximise on the investment and revisit those attendees who had not committed to follow ups.
It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Convenzis and I know there will be more opportunities next year. Looking forward to it!

In view of the recent NHS Oncology Conference organised by CONVENZIS which was sponsored by Pascoe Healthcare Ltd, CONVENZIS exhibited professionalism through credible organisation, invitation of delegates/respectable Speakers and general conduct of the entire conference. This has also shown that CONVENZIS is a great partner in business which is fundamental to ROI of partnering Companies even in the wake of the pandemic.

Pascoe Healthcare

“We’ve worked with the Convenzis team for several years and their events are a regular occurrence for us. Not only is the content always extremely topical, but the speakers are always excellent and the support from the team ahead of and during the events is exceptional. The team are incredibly receptive to feedback and always goes above and beyond – a real pleasure to work with!”

“It has been a pleasure to work with Matt and Dan for the past few events. Everything has always run smoothly and we’ve always managed to gather a large number of interested parties due to the events they have hosted.

They are also very helpful and timely in their responses, which has made working with them very easy “
